Stepping into the world of Management 🏆

As interviews for IIMs and other top B-schools are underway, I want to share a few thoughts before entering this transformative journey.

A B-school provides everything you desire- personality development, communication skills, critical thinking, and an incredible network. But one thing it cannot inculcate is experience. Our unique experiences shape our perspectives, influence our decision-making, and define our management approach.

In B-school, you’ll meet people from diverse backgrounds with different outlooks on life. While it’s important to respect and learn from their experiences, don’t lose yourself in the process. Don’t compare. Be confident. It’s okay to feel left out sometimes; it’s okay if the "right time" isn’t right now.

Rather than blaming the environment or people around you—or being too hard on yourself—keep trying with a positive attitude. Stay patient, stay persistent, and you’ll eventually find your way.

This too shall pass. So, embrace the moment, stay happy, and remember: success is just one part of the journey—there’s so much more to gain!
